Your Role and Responsibilities

You’ll work directly with the founders on cross-functional, high-impact projects. This role is perfect if you want a front-row seat to startup building and are excited to learn across business, product, and strategy.

You’ll support:

• Research, planning, and execution of key strategic initiatives
• Fundraising or investor communication
• Hiring and operations
• Cross-team coordination and internal tooling
• Market and competitor analysis

Must-Haves

• Enrolled in a university program (business, tech, design, etc.)
• Fast learner, independent thinker, and excellent communicator
• Entrepreneurial mindset and excitement for real-world impact
• Very good organizational and analytical skills

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience from internships, side projects, or own ventures
• Familiarity with Notion, Excel, Figma, or analytics tools
• German is a plus, but not required
